CRUSHING & SCREENING PLANT PRODUCTS

There are 3 products of crushing & screening plant. These chemically identical products show only physical quality differences. This distinction creates several size of product ranges as fine aggregate (0-4mm) and coarse aggregates (4-11mm and 11-22mm) exists.

WASHED CONCRETE SAND PLANT PRODUCTS

There is only one product of washed concrete sand plant. Wastes from the crushing & screening plant collected and transferred to the washed concrete sand plant. Here the waste (0-20mm) cleanse from clay and grinded to a size 0-4mm. As a fine aggregate, difference between the product from the crushing & screening plant is that washed concrete sand contains controllable less fines (<0.063mm) and better passing grade. (<1mm)

CaCO₃ MICRONIZED SAND PLANT PRODUCTS

There is only one product of CaCO₃ Micronized Sand Plant. Raw material supply is handled by fine aggregate (0-4mm) from the crushing & screening plant. The product, CaCO₃ micronized sand (0-0.700mm) is the desired product for the construction chemical companies.
